FAQ 485
I am applying for a Postgraduate Doctoral loan, but my course isn’t listed on the Student Finance database. What should I do?

You will need to contact the Fees Team at studentadmin@sheffield.ac.uk providing your name, applicant number, course title and course duration (or assign the enquiry to ‘Student Fees Team’ on AskUS if this info is already there). They will then add the course to the database if it is eligible for the loan and they will then contact you to confirm when this has been done.
