All applicants must meet the University of Sheffield's minimum academic entry requirements for English Language (normally demonstrated by GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent) and Mathematics (normally demonstrated by a minimum GCSE grade D/3 or equivalent). All mature applicants will be invited to demonstrate that they meet our minimum academic entry requirements through the completion of short English and Mathematics assessments at interview. Please note that our degrees with foundation years are designed specifically to benefit mature applicants with non-standard entry qualifications. You will not be eligible for consideration if you are currently undertaking a full set of A-Level studies or an equivalent in a school or college environment.
