Do you accept Access courses for entry onto the Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy?
We can accept certain Access courses for entry onto our course. You would need an Access to Higher Education Diploma (60 credits with 45 at Level 3 at grade Merit) including 36 Level 3 credits in relevant Science units (preferably Biology) at grade Merit. You would also be expected to have GCSEs in Mathematics, English Language and Science at grade C / grade 4. With the Access course you wouldn't need any other GCSEs at grade C or grade 4. We don't consider Social Sciences for relevant Science units.
