The part time MA in International Criminology involves moving through at half the speed of the full time course. However, there are a few other points of difference. The first semester of the full time programme involves all compulsory modules including a research preparation module, which provides skills for thinking about the dissertation. You would do two of the other three options in your first year, first semester, then the research module plus the option not previoulsy taken in semester one of year two. While full time students begin their preparation for the dissertation in semester two, part time students would begin preparation in semester four and complete their dissertation through the summer of their second year. This is something that needs to be planned for to provide enough time to work at a slightly higher rate in the second year of the part time course. Aside from these points, all else is the same as the full time programme.
Please can you give me more information about the difference between the full and part time MA in International Criminology?
